DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM PIECES/CUSTOM ENGAGEMENT RINGS?

Yes! We love creating custom jewelry, engagement rings and wedding bands. Please contact us at info@cartereve.com to schedule a consultation (in person or on phone). 

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Proper care is imperative for long-lasting, beautiful jewelry that can turn into heirlooms. We suggest storing your items in a special box and removing them before sleeping, exercising and rigorous activities.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Every piece of Carter Eve Jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production. No order goes into production without full advance payment by customer. For rush orders please email info@cartereve.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We ship all of our items with FedEx or UPS. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your FEDEX or UPS tracking number. We insure shipments on all orders. 

 

CAN YOU DO A RUSH ORDER?

If you need your order by a specific date please email info@cartereve.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability. 

 

MY RING IS NOT THE RIGHT SIZE. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

We are happy to resize for you! Sizings typically range from $50-$150 + shipping depending on size and metal. Email info@cartereve.com for more information on sizings.

 

CAN I ORDER A NECKLACE WITH A DIFFERENT CHAIN/DIFFERENT LENGTH?

We offer custom lengths/alternate chain options for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@cartereve.com for more information.
