WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Every piece of Carter Eve Jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production. No order goes into production without full advance payment by customer. For rush orders please email info@cartereve.com. and we will do our best to accommodate.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We ship all of our items with FedEx or UPS. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your FEDEX or UPS tracking number. We insure shipments on all orders.

CAN YOU DO A RUSH ORDER?

MY RING IS NOT THE RIGHT SIZE. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

We are happy to resize for you! Sizings typically range from $50-$150 + shipping depending on size and metal. Email info@cartereve.com. for more information on sizings.
